Programs Features
As automotive technology changes, technicians' skills change, too. Technicians require computer and mechanical skills using sophisticated testing equipment to diagnose vehicles. Ford is committed to helping our dealerships recruit and retain the best automotive service technicians. To accomplish this, we offer Ford-specific training programs at community colleges across the country to teach the skills that will lead to a solid career path starting as a Ford/Lincoln automotive technician. Our World Headquarters are located in Dearborn, Michigan but we have operations across the U.S. and around the world. Each posting will indicate its location and whether it's classified as on-site, hybrid or remote. On-site and hybrid will require work in the location listed in the position.
